Course Description

The purpose of this course is to gain a basic understanding of how the American legal system works and what its relationship to American society is. The course will forcus on the evolution of our modern legal systems current intellectual movements in law, the interplay between law and social changes, and the main concerns and issues in the profession and practice of law.
