Register for InterLibrary Loan (ILL) Now!
As a graduate student doing library research, you will undoubtedly need articles and books not owned by the Marriott Library. You may request those items from ILL. Many scanned articles now arrive within hours of the request. Books take longer because the physical item is sent through the mail. It is easy to request ILLs through the library's article databases: Click on the SFX or Get It button in the item record and then, if it's not available fulltext, click on Get it through Interlibrary Loan. Most of the fields in the request form will automatically fill in if you are already registered with ILL. So do that now! Register for ILL
To request an item directly from ILL, click on the Services button on the red bar towards the top of the Marriott Library home page and then click on Interlibrary Loan & Document Delivery.
Off-Campus Access Troubleshooting
Have you authenticated using your uNID and you are still being asked for a username and password? Try clearing your computer's Cache and Cookies.
How to Clear the Browser Cache and Delete Cookies

In most computer-based web browsers, to open menus used to clear your cache, cookies, and history, press Ctrl-Shift-Delete (Windows) or Command-Shift-Delete (Mac).

If you don't see instructions below for your specific version or browser, search your browser's Help menu for "clear cache".
Firewalls have sometimes created problems when users have tried to access UofU Electronic Resources. If you are on campus (outside of the libraries) or are accessing Electronic Resources from within a non-UofU network and your computer is behind a firewall, your network administrator will have to configure the firewall before you will be able to access Marriott Library electronic resources.
