- Birds of North America This link opens in a new windowThe Birds of North America (BNA) is a reference database containing a variety of data on North American birds. The database provides scientific information (over 18 volumes and 18,000 pages in total) for over 700 species of birds nesting in the USA and Canada. The collection contains image and video galleries showing plumage, behaviors, habitat, nests and eggs, recordings of the songs and calls of their species, recordings selected from Cornell's Macaulay Library of Natural Sounds, and more.
