Microsoft Bookings for Libraries

Booking Page

On the Booking Page tab:

Manage your booking page:

Open up the "Business page access control" tab and select "Disable direct search engine indexing of booking page"

On the "Configure booking page" option dropdown, select "Available to anyone"

Downloading Your Data

Open up the backend of your Bookings account in Google Chrome. This does not seem to work in Firefox.

Go to the "Calendar" page

In the top right hand of the calendar, click on the "Export" button

You can export 120 days or about a semester's worth of data at any given time. The file type is a TSV which at least on my PC defaults to opening in Notepad.

To open the file in Excel, go to Excel and File and open a file. Make sure you have Excel set to open all files and not just Excel files. Use the default delimited data and text import features to parse out the data from Bookings. You can also open the file in Notepad and "Save As" an Excel file, though you might get a scary warning message about doing that.
