- United Nations ChronicleThis quarterly publication is helpful for finding information on current issues when meeting records and other documents are not yet available. It reviews the General Assembly's regular session, and provides voting records and debate statements for major topics. Also, one issue a year contains the summaries of speeches from the "General Debate" of the current session. This is a collection of overall policy made by the representatives of most member states at the opening of the UN each September. They are useful for gaining an understanding of a country's general stands on issues.
