Did you know that the Utah Department of Administrative Services publishes a weekly bulletin of administrative law similar to the Federal Register?
The bulletin, entitled the "Utah State Bulletin," contains notices of proposed adminstrative rule changes, emergency rules, effective dates for rules, and notices from the executive branch. The bulletin is available online (see the link on the right) or some copies are available in our library.
