Using Interlibrary Loan

Using Interlibrary Loan is an excellent and cost-free way to get materials that are not available through the University of Utah Libraries.

Since less than 10% of all recently published information is available electronically or without a fee, libraries can obtain the material for your research and send it to you as a PDF.  You just have to know how to use the system, which can seem intimidating, but the video below will help contextualize how to use the system.

If you have any questions regarding how to use interlibrary loan or if an item is available, please as you professors, use the "Ask-The-Library" link or chat on the main Marriott Library home page, or email one of the librarians under "Find your Librarian" in the navigation on the left.
