The Utah Transparency Project is a local initiative to improve the transparency of local governments statewide. Headed by students at the University of Utah, and partnering with community leaders, UTP is in it's infancy. We intend to reform local government transparency by committing entities to adopt "Best Practices" as set forth by the project.
