CAT

The Coding Analysis Toolkit, or CAT, is a program that utilizes keystrokes rather than point and click coding.  You can import a merged ATLAS.ti HU to analyze documents as well as sections of those documents you have already coded.  CAT is Open Source, which means it's free to use.  It is web-based so you must be connected to a network while you work.
