- Datasets for Teaching from the Partnership for Sustainable Communities (FSC)The Partnership for Sustainable Communities is a collaboration between the departments of Housing and Urban Development, US Department of Transportation, and the US Environmental Protection Agency to help communities implement sustainability initiatives. An excellent resource for research data, mapping, sustainability indicators, and other tools for assessing the sustainability of communities, exposure to nuclear waste, access to appropriate food, etc.
- Data Tools from the PSCAn excellent list of data/tools to help communities assess, plan, and design sustainable communities. Provides a substantial amount of data for students to learn assessment measures, mapping, evaluation of carbon footprints, factors in risk of exposure to toxins, etc.
