The Marriott Library should have at least one copy of dissertations from the University of Utah. You may identify dissertations by using the Advanced Search to search by author, title, subject or department. A good search strategy is to use "thesis" and "utah" and the specific "department."

Dissertations and Theses Full Text provides full text access to virtually all North American Universities Dissertations published from 1997 and forward, and citations only to dissertations before that date. Dissertations are large files, so before downloading be sure your storage medium has space.

Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (NDLTD) is an international organization dedicated to promoting the adoption, creation, use, dissemination and preservation of electronic analogues to the traditional paper-based theses and dissertations.

Center for Reseach Libraries' Foreign Doctoral Dissertation Database holds more than 800,000 doctoral dissertations and Habilitationsschriften from universities outside of the U.S. and Canada. The collection was built by deposits from member libraries and exchange or depository arrangements with almost 100 universities.

Theses Canada Portal provides acccess to Canadian theses titles.

If by using the Marriott Library catalog you do not identify resources, try using one or more of the resources listed.

USpace, the University of Utah's Institutional Repository, includes selected dissertations, masters theses and projects, and undergraduate honors theses from University of Utah graduates.
