Teaching Resources @ the Library

There are a number of resources located in the library to help you develop teaching strategies.

The Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence, located on the first floor of the library near the checkout desk, coordinates the Annual Teaching Symposium. This free symposium will take place on August 15, 2022 and registration is now open

CTLE provides many other services including one-on-one consultations, teaching assessments, and inclusive design guidance.

You can also request that a librarian visit your class and teach students about research strategies including finding scholarly books and articles and how to use the catalog. To request a librarian, fill out this form

There are a number of excellent library faculty in the Graduate and Undergraduate Services who can consult with you about the course and have worked with many Writing 2010 instructors. You can find them in the office suite behind Mom's Cafe.

Teaching and Learning Technologies is an excellent resource for help with Canvas and support any needs for audiovisual services.

This guide is an excellent resource for teaching Writing 2010, as well as discovering other resources available to graduate students.
